Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my photos if I downgrade?
Downgrading does not delete your existing photos. New uploads are blocked if you exceed the free storage limit. Free events are marked expired after 30 days; this does not automatically delete their photos or disable existing gallery links. Keep your own backup of originals.
How does photo selling work?
On the Ultra plan, you can set prices on your galleries. Clients browse watermarked previews and purchase originals. We handle payments and take a 5% transaction fee.
Do you offer team plans?
