From upload to delivery

    Prepare a gallery for the client

    Upload the session photos and add your studio details. Generate a link you can copy or share through WhatsApp.

  2. 02

    Ask the client to make their picks

    Clients select photos, review the filenames and add a name or selection label. Their picks stay on that browser when local storage is available.

    Review the returned selection

    Open Client selections in your event dashboard to see each submission and its photo filenames. Clients can send a new selection if their choices change.

Replace scattered photo requests with one list

For an album, ask your client to use a label such as “Alex — album favorites.” For a portrait session, suggest “Retouching picks.” Each submission keeps its own label and date, making it easier to distinguish an initial list from a later revision.

Selections record the client’s requests; they do not automatically retouch photos or change their delivery status. Review the filenames in your dashboard before starting the next stage of your work.

When you deliver another session, load your saved studio name and social links from your account. You can adjust them for that gallery without changing galleries you have already shared.

Before you share

Does the client have to register?

No. Anyone with the gallery link can choose photos and submit a selection. The name or label is provided by the visitor; it is not a verified identity.

Who can see submitted selections?

The photographer who owns the event can review them in the dashboard. Other gallery visitors cannot browse submitted selections.

Can clients change their picks?

Yes. They can change the selection and send a new submission. Earlier submissions remain visible to the photographer, so agree which revision to use.

Are selections an order or payment?

No. A selection is a list of requested photos. It does not create a purchase, take payment or approve a retouching charge.

Is the gallery password protected?

This sharing flow uses an unlisted link and is not password protected. Anyone who receives the link can view and download photos.
