Make the handoff part of the event

A shared gallery is accessible to anyone with its link or QR code. Share only photos you have permission to distribute, and use another delivery method when you need password protection or individual access restrictions.

Before you share

Do guests need an account?

No. Guests can open the shared gallery, view photos, download them and submit their favorites without signing up.

Can I print the QR code?

Yes. Download the QR code as an SVG from Share Gallery and place it in your print layout. Keep the white border, use strong contrast and test a printed copy on a phone before the event.

Does WhatsApp send the photos themselves?

The button opens a message containing the gallery link. You choose the recipients and send it yourself. Guests then download from the gallery.
